This colorful townhouse was built ca. 1900. In the early 1900s it was the home of banker Walter E. Zecher and wife Zillah (Cummings) Zecher. Mr. Zecher later was president of Lancaster County National Bank.
The house features a front porch supported by classical columns on brick piers, with a second-story bay window.
