This handsome brick townhouse was built ca. 1874 for attorney Adam John Eberly and wife Mary E. (Pearson) Eberly. In 1883 Attorney Eberly became Lancaster County’s district attorney.
The house features a central entry with a dentilled hood, two pedimented dormers, and a corbelled cornice.
