Apr 1889 Florin School, 2-room (replaced in 1933 with a 4-room school by H. Y. Shaub)
Jun 1889 West Chestnut St. School, 300 block, SW corner at Concord St., razed
1890 F&M Chemistry Lab Bldg. (rear of the northern wing of the main college bldg.)
Apr 1895 Strawberry St. School/became Adam Reigart School (became parish house for Bethel A.M.E.)
Oct 1896 Clay St. School/became Robert K. Buerhle School (sold)
Apr 1898 Chi Phi Fraternity House plans, F&M, West End & Wheatland Aves. for N. L. Wiedner (aka 58 N. West End Ave.); became the family home of Mary E. & Henry K. Myers; address changed to 903 Wheatland Ave. c.1940).
Dec 1898 East End/Burrowes School, 2-story, hip-roof, Ranck Ave., Lancaster Twp. (School board minutes/built 1899 by W. J. Hall)
